I’m back for my lover girls, I know you desire healthy relationship where you can love and be loved the way you crave but I have to ask you, are you sure your ready for that?
I know you just rolled your eyes like girl yes what kind of question is that? But what if I told you to be in a healthy relationship you had to face yourself. You had to become SECURE within yourself before being in a secure relationship. I always thought if I was with someone who was healthy and not toxic I wouldn’t be insecure. WRONG. I found myself at every lover girls nightmare, finding someone who loves like you just for your insecurities to still come out and sabotage the relationship. I was looking and waiting for the shoe to drop, I was fighting every urge not to look at his phone.
Thats what my nervous system was used to, that’s what my subconscious brain told me was safe. There were stories I developed to protect me back in childhood. It was safer than facing myself. As always I share my experiences and realizations that led me to be secure within myself get out of self sabotaging.
