Although some economic indicators have settled somewhat from the post-coup chaos, nearly all sectors appear to be in economic decline, and the ruling State Administration Council is rewinding or crippling most reforms made during 2011-2021 in order to further its rule at the expense of the average person, and the strength of the economy as a whole.
