16 | Are You Always in Reaction Mode? Explore Nervous System Regulation and Five Techniques to Achieve a Calm State.

How do you typically respond to stressful situations, and what patterns have you noticed in your reactions? Imagine how your body feels in different situations, when you are relaxed, stressed or overwhelmed. Each experience is a reflection of your nervous system in action.
Can you recall a time when you felt completely in control of your emotions? What contributed to that feeling? In what ways do you think your subconscious beliefs influence your ability to regulate your nervous system?
This episode will probably be the first of several of a new series in the podcast called Neuro Essentials. I think it is important for you to understand the physiological basics of how the body works in regard to subconscious reprogramming and spirituality. Because from this foundation stems the understanding of our patterns, of our anxiety and stress and basically of our mental health which contributes to our spiritual connection.
My intention is that you can reflect on your own experience, growth journey and self-healing, helping to make things easier to understand on how they connect to each other, offering clarity as you move forward.
I will probably have to go a bit scientific here but I will make it as easy as possible for you to understand the concepts. Let’s get to it.
