In today’s episode I had the privilege of interviewing Dr Anthony Chaffee, who’s main focus as a doctor is health optimisation and naturally improving disease and autoimmune disease in the human body through the application of the carnivore diet.

We discuss all things health optimisation and what the carnivore diet entails, along with the tips and tools needed to implement this way of eating.

There is a lot of great knowledge shared in this episode from Dr Chaffee, and I am very grateful for his time.
