#029: Benjamin and I talk about various AI topics and the opportunities they present for BPM.

Therefore, we learn how AI can help us rethink processes, create art and support BPM use cases. However, he cautioned me about the limitations of AI when it comes to emotions. We discuss how AI can improve processes by asking questions and generating ideas and how it can be used to create art and relate it to process modeling. Additionally, we talk about how AI may change the work of process professionals in the future.
