In this episode, I'll be talking about the sometimes difficult concept of the Tao Te Ching. It's origins, It's concepts and how it can still be used today to help us navigate our pressure filled lives.
We will also see how this concept has It's tentacles in the other concepts we have already discussed and show that even though the Tao is considered ancient wisdom, It's core tenants are just as important today if not more so than they were when Lao Tzu came down the mountain and a border guard convinced him to write his thoughts down ( as the legend goes!! )
