The COVID-19 Pandemic is still having an effect on our day to day routine and nothing is as it was. There is also an uncertainty of how long this will continue for and we are told that the best thing we can do is to do nothing and hopefully this will soon come to pass and we can try get back to some normality. Gyms have closed along with all sporting clubs and activities which makes staying fit that bit more of a challenge. However, most gyms and / or Personal trainers have set up online classes to help keep their clients and communities motivated and fit during these challenging times.
