In this episode we talk a little bit more about the training and specifically Jan's training plan and how it was pieced together. Jan highlights the value of a training diary when trying to figure out what works best and importance of having a good athlete / coach relationship based on trust and communication. We also include some tips for training on a treadmill.
This episode was recorded a few days before the restrictions on group training sessions were imposed and that's partly the reason why I'm publishing ahead of schedule. I would have even posted sooner but the edit can be time consuming.
