Postpartum nutrition is SO important and yet as busy and tired moms, it's hard to prioritize. That's why this week Rachael brings on Allegra Gast, a functional registered dietitian and international board-certified lactation consultant, to talk all about realistic, easy tips for postpartum nutrition and breastfeeding.
