We are so simpatico in our desire to create what he calls “edible love.” He tells me how he learned to cook from his family at an early age, his day job in fashion, his grandfather’s marinara sauce, his unique online appeal, cooking as storytelling, positivity, LGBTQI+ issues, and recipe creation.
