On this episode of Noodlin' with Josh, WE FINALLY GET TO TALK TO THE COMPOSER OF THE NOODLIN' WITH JOSH THEME SONG! Yes, I meant to write that in all caps. It's been many years since I've been able to sit down to have a conversation with the man who helped me define myself in high school AND the musician behind the most epic theme song since "The Simpsons". One of my favorite aspects of creating this show is getting to have conversations with friends I haven't spoken to in a long time. Getting to "interview" them, catch up, and see just how much we still have in common is a specific type of joy and this episode is full of it.
