I've always been fascinated by art. From paintings and drawings in art galleries, to movies, theatre and songs that electrify and inspire you. Art has always been more than simply something to admire. It's a powerful force with the power to speak loudly.

In this episode, we dive into the vibrant world of art, but not just as it is. Today, we are looking at how art can be activism. How creative expression has challenged power, inspired movements, and told the stories that needed to be heard.

Michelangelo, Banksy, Bob Marley, Jonathan Larson and even Disney, all had something to say about the worlds they lived in. (spoiler alert: they're not the only ones)

Quote of the day: Art is not what you see, but what you make others see - Edgar Degas
