Courtney is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, and founder of The Keys to Nutrition. She has been practicing as a RD for 12 years. Courtney consults with athletes 1:1 nationwide via telehealth. Courtney specializes in diabetes and sports nutrition for endurance athletes. An endurance athlete of 24 years, Courtney started running in middle school and went on to run on to run XC and track in highschool and college. She has completed 4 marathons and an ironman triathlon. Courtney is based in Salida, Colorado.
