Matt was introduced to the power of sport by a teacher who helped him use sports as a conduit to self-actualization. He have spent the last 25 years learning, coaching, mentoring, and experiencing the positive impact sport can have on lives.

He is Guinness World record holder fastest bike relay across Canada-2007 & TEDx Stanley Park Speaker 2015. Executive Producer of "No Running" Documentary 2016 & "The Cost of Winning" Documentary 2017

He has also presented to the NHL / PGA / Project Play / USOPC / Norwegian Sport Federation and a handful of National, Provincial & Local sport organizations in Canada
