In his role, Angus Lapsley is responsible for defense policy on NATO and the Euro-Atlantic area, the defense implications of exiting the European Union, and our key bilateral defense relationships as well as strategic planning and strategic policy matters (e.g., nuclear deterrence, cyber, space, exports).
