In this episode we chat about everything from working dogs to the difficulties farming in this upland region poses. We discuss the traditional style of farming in the area and how it is changing and what the future might hold.

This area around the small town of Borris is synonymous with the famous 'Borris' ewe, a crossbred sheep which people travel to the annual August sales to, from all over the country in order to purchase.

(Thanks to Tomas McCarthy and to the Borris Ewe Breeders group for facilitating the recording)..
