Literary censorship is nothing new but it is certainly getting new press attention as news hit that the Roald Dahl Store Company agreed to change the author's stories to comply with modern sensitivity standards. Famous works like 'Matilda' and 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' have been changed to remove potentially offensive language like 'fat'. But why are these books being changed in the first place?
