Journey Report | Strategies in Establishing the Global Network for Expansion
Manage episode 485882742 series 3590072
Springtime, the season of rebirth, always centers around Michael’s family farm enterprise and getting crops in the ground. Jay and Michael talk about the planting season and other issues that came up this season. Michael’s family endured surgeries to repair their bodies. The theme carried on with the expansion of Ames-Des Moines City Church and what needs to be done to be ready for the church-planting season. The City Church has started new churches to prepare future leaders and leading couples. The network leaders are also beginning a long process of equipping related to shepherding and counseling in the churches. Resource production, training for leaders, and future travels continue, and Michael and Jay talk about where we currently are, along with what is coming in the future. The conversation wrapped up with a discussion of ancestors. Michael is reading a history of Peter Vos and his legacy
generation. There is great insight in reflecting back on one’s ancestors and their lives. Join Michael and Jay’s conversation as they discuss Michael’s March and April work.
