SHOW NOTES

Now I am sure there may be multiple types of guilt but in my own life, and as a Chrisitian, I have noticed as a working mom there are three main categories. The kind that beats you up, attaches itself to your identity, and makes you want to quit is called condemning guilt. The kind that pulls out the best in you, knows you were made for more, and makes you better is the convicting guilt. And the kind of guilt that makes you believe your needs matter the least or maybe even not at all called the convincing guilt. So let’s break these down:

Main topics covered:

  • The condemning kind of guilt
  • The convicting kind of guilt
  • The convincing kind of guilt
  • And how coaching can help you with all of the above!
