1. Setting Sail Towards PerfectWhelm
Manage episode 476560126 series 3646576
Are you feeling stuck, either drowning in overwhelm or bored in underwhelm? In the very first episode of PerfectWhelm, I dive into the concept of finding your perfectwhelm…that sweet spot where real growth happens. This idea was first introduced to me in 2018 when I noticed how easily we swing between burnout and stagnation. My friend and instructor, Chris Robertson, helped me realize we could find a way to thrive in the middle.
I share my four core foundations for this podcast - information, instruction, inspiration, and implementation, all of which will help you filter out the noise and take meaningful action. Instead of getting lost in endless learning or pushing yourself to exhaustion, I’ll help you find balance and momentum in a way that actually works. And you don’t have to do it alone!
If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start making progress that feels good and sustainable, you’re in the right place. My hope is that this will serve as a safe place for you where we’ll work through change together.
