The Fika Crew contemplates the know-do gap ... the gap between what we know research has documented is a helpful improvement and what we actually do. It's NOT a lack of knowledge or know-how, but rather a complex mix of factors that prevent us from translating what we know into practice. We explore some of these factors, but there are likely more!
