The renowned voice of the airwaves, Phil Wilson, famous for his morning show "Phil Wilson In The Morning" on Affinity Radio, Saturday 7-10am and the syndicated sensation "Phil Wilson's Vinyl Revival," engages again in a captivating conversation with the soulful and elegant Rumer.

“An Instant Classic”***** Mojo

“Sensationally good” The Sunday Times,

“Singers like Rumer don’t come along too often”, Elton John.

Captivating British singer-songwriter Rumer is set to grace the stage of London’s Queen Elizabeth Hall for a one-night-only to perform her acclaimed 3x platinum debut album, "Seasons of My Soul" in total. This unforgettable evening as part of the EFG London Jazz Festival will take place on Friday, 22nd November 2024, to celebrate the phenomenal success of this outstanding debut, 14 years since its release.

Rumer's stunning voice and timeless sound enchanted audiences worldwide with the release of "Seasons of My Soul" in 2010. Produced by mentor Steve Brown, the album's soaring success solidified her place as a leading voice in contemporary music.

Fuelled by the much-admired hit singles “Slow” and “Aretha,” the album peaked on the UK Charts at #3 and was listed amongst many end-of-year album polls, including Official Top 40’s Biggest Debut Albums of the Decade (2010s).

Also caught the attention of music legends such as Richard Carpenter, Elton Jones, Carly Simon and Burt Bacharach. Four subsequent studio albums followed, including the 2020s “Nashville Tears (The Songs of Hugh Prestwood)”.Rumer also received rapturous praise for her live performances, making this one-night-only show even more unique, allowing fans to relive the album's magic in full. This exceptional performance of Seasons of My Soul will be arranged for the London Jazz Festival by Vula Malinga, an in-demand singer, arranger and musical director who has toured extensively with many acts, including BasementJaxx and Quincy Jones.
