The body of a man was recovered from the Delaware River this (Saturday) morning after the tractor-trailer cab he was driving crashed through a concrete barrier on the Delaware Memorial Bridge Friday. Police say a 28 year old man was shot in the abdomen near 56th Street and Lancaster Ave around 2 a-m. Several spent shell casings were found at the scene.
