He spent 16 years in the building industry, from building single-family homes to heavy construction, building roadways, and waterways. He possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in General Financial Management from University of Southern California. He worked for Bank of the West, syndicating loans in the Middle Market arena. He has been buying multifamily assets since 2000, where he has had numerous projects go full cycle successfully.
