Mara Steiu is a Product Manager at Twitter, out of their Seattle office, Washington, United States. Ex-Microsoft, Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Romania (TOYP 2020).
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics and Information Technology, from Babson College, USA. She spent an year abroad studying Quantitative Methods, at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), UK.
She founded iXperiment (non-profit organization), the first start-up accelerator for high school students in Romania. So far, over 400 teenagers went through the program and experienced launching their own businesses with the help of successful entrepreneurs and investors. iXperiment has so far scaled in 4 regions, won a TEDxAward for social impact and has been promoted in international publications such as The Huffington Post.
