This week, Thomas shares a teaching on trauma healing, ego integration, and embodied trust. Through the lens of traditional spiritual practices and the Tao Te Ching, he explores how trauma disconnects us from inner coherence, and why it’s important to understand and accept the intelligence of our defense patterns instead of simply trying to get rid of them.

He also shares a unique perspective on trust, relationality, and worthiness, and challenges the idea of completely “dissolving the ego” and achieving an ideal self, offering a more holistic approach that highlights the necessary function of the ego and the need for all of our parts to be acknowledged and integrated.
