Speak Life Life is a wonderful thing it bursting with energy. Everything has energy or a vibration even a rock or that cup you are holding moves. It moves so fast or slow that we cannot see it. Just like we can't see the speed of light with our naked eye. In chemistry class there was talk of atoms moving so fast or so slow we could see it. If life is filled with vibrations and energy we must use it for our good. Speak life in everyone and everything you see. The positive impact may bring such an imprint on others and yourself that it will reflect and become contagious. Love and gratefulness is the highest level of energy and vibration that can be expounded and the best part of it, it is free. Send thank you cards. Look at everyone with a smile. Share a gentle caring touch, a compliment. This maybe the only offering of love a person my get for the week. Even when it is raining thank the clouds. Mother earth could also use some exaltation of greatness. The birds, the plants, the bees. They all have a specific duty to you. Your house, car and clothes should be gratified. The universe is listening. It gives you shelter, brings you here and there, clothes you and keeps you warm. Your self, some people say it is arrogant to pat yourself on the back. But your mind body and soul got you to where you are today. All these parts should be put on a pedestal. Even if there are short comings, maintain the thought of beauty for self. Hasina T. Roach
