Lavina Mehta MBE, the founder of Feel Good with Lavina, is a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach, Speaker and Mum to three boys.

Lavina’s mission is to help all ages feel good both physically and mentally, and reduce risks of common chronic diseases through her concept of ‘Exercise Snacking’ and free chair workouts with her Mother in Law. Lavina was awarded an MBE from the Queen for her services to Health & Fitness during the Covid-19.

Lavina's brilliant book The Feel Good Fix: Boost Energy, Improve Sleep and Move More Through Menopause and Beyond is out now in stores and online!


In today's episode Lavina shares her journey to becoming a wellness advocate, emphasising the importance of feeling good through movement. She discusses the significance of exercise in mental health, and the concept of 'exercise snacking' as a practical solution for ouir modern sedentary lifestyles. Lavina also highlights the need for empowering women and girls in fitness and the critical role of social connections in overall wellbeing, emphasising the need for more research and representation in women's health, and the evolving conversation around aging and the empowerment of women to embrace their health journeys.
