This episode explores the love that God has for us, His people, who are called by His name, His children. He is Abba Father, we are created in His image and so we need to seek the knowledge and wisdom of His word, His truth to honor that relationship. Many of us were "raised as Christians" but are lacking in our knowledge of His word, and our understanding of what that truly means. Through our ignorance, dishonoring that relationship through our actions, and through the way we only seek God out in desperation. What God truly desires is relationship. He doesn't want acquaintances, who know of Him but don't truly know Him. And like the parable of the prodigal son, God will rejoice and welcome you home, into His love and abundance if you come back to Him, your Father.
