TJ Cox, co-owner and managing partner of Corto Lima restaurant, joins host Keith Hanenian for episode 11 to discuss his path to entrepreneurship in the hospitality industry. A career restaurant and beverage professional, TJ went on to become a Certified Sommelier after opening his first restaurant in 2018.
Further, he embraced the opportunity to develop independent restaurant concepts as a consultant and will be opening another cocktail bar and restaurant in November 2024 in Lexington, Kentucky.
