Jeff Cremeans, a 25+ year process server and owner of Encore Delivery Systems in Columbus, Ohio, shares lessons from his career. His worst experience involved defusing a tense confrontation after a server intimidated an elderly woman, teaching the importance of respectful service. His best was serving a skilled evader who accepted the papers with a handshake. Currently handling high-volume child support cases and a high-profile neo-Nazi target, Jeff relies on skip tracing, tips, and networking. His advice: be humble, communicate well, follow through, and keep learning from others in the field.
