James E. Cawdron spent his formative years in his parents pub and hotels. He continued his studies by enrolling in Hotel School. For a brief stint he worked as a chef. After stints at Gleneagles in Scotland (home of the Ryder Cup 2014), the famous Savoy Hotel in London, P&O Cruises, and numerous restaurants on Manhattans Upper East Side. Working mostly in management James was charged with creating greater efficiencies. Greater efficiencies are the result of incorporating technology. His extensive understanding of the hospitality industry and operational and organizational nuances provided an acute understanding of the technology necessary to meet retailers needs especially within the hospitality industry.
