We've all seen these hyper "productive" people bragging about their 80 work weeks, meanwhile running marathons and volunteering on their time off. Social media has the ability to take these anomalies and place them right in front of us swipe after swipe. When we look at all they do after we just spent the day watching tv and sleeping in it can make us feel guilty.
