Today, I’m reflecting on the life and legacy of filmmaker David Lynch, who was born on January 20, 1946, at 3am in Missoula, Montana, and who just passed away on January 15, 2025.
Lynch has been a great influence on me—not just through his groundbreaking, surreal films like Twin Peaks, Mulholland Drive, and Eraserhead, but also through his work with meditation and bringing mindfulness into schools, which inspired me to do the same throughout the 2010s.
In this episode, I’ll explore his life and creative process through the lens of his Vedic birth chart, diving into the astrological patterns that shaped his artistic vision and spiritual practices.
