As margarine began to dominate supermarkets, a small diary farm on the NSW South Coast set out to change that by combining ingredients that could have seen them up on criminal charges.

Half a century later, Geoff Boxsell has been honoured for his invention with the University of Sydney's 2025 Dairy Science Award.
