Karen and her husband Todd own Superior Fresh, the only organic land-based Salmon facility in the US. Their mission is to feed the world with healthy, reliable and high value salmon using sound practices in a safe environment. Along the way Karen and Todd established a family program at Mayo Clinic to advance research into congenital heart defects.
