Stephen Quick, father of Caleb Quick, joins the show to discuss the tragic murder of his son and the ongoing case involving two teenagers charged in connection with the crime. Under California’s Proposition 57—the Public Safety and Rehabilitation Act of 2016—the suspects may qualify for juvenile sentencing, potentially serving only 3 to 4 years before release, depending on whether they are tried as adults. Stephen is advocating for the teens to be prosecuted as adults in pursuit of justice for his son.
