Father and son, Steve and Chad Rich with Rich Family Meats join the podcast to share their story of owning and growing a local butcher shop in Port William, Ohio. Steve grew up in the meat packing industry and is also the pastor of Jamestown Church of Christ where his "blue collar background" helps him be a better leader.
