Dr.s Kay and Ray discuss their top 5 “do’s” and top 5 “don’t’s” when players are living that pod life in any given Love is Blind season. Their explanations of these top 10 recommendations for connecting well in the pods are accompanied by examples from Season 8 tragedies, comedies, and dramas.
This includes deeper discussion of the castmates who didn’t make it to the honeymoon stage, including Madison, Mason, Megs, and Alex. However, they wrote these Do’s & Don’ts with the larger context of Love is Blind universe in mind, so they’ll be useful for future seasons! For example, one “Do” is to talk about past relationships and attachment, something that came up with numerous dyads, including Madison & Alex.
What are some of your suggestions to future Love is Blind castmates for behaviors to consider and behaviors to avoid?

Reality testing is when we check an emotion or thought we’re having against objective reality.
So, here in Reality Test, we’re going to be testing the thoughts, emotions, interactions, and producer antics of reality television against what we know, as licensed psychologists, about objective reality.
Come with us, let’s Reality Test!
