Episode 12

This is the last episode for season one - we talk about why we started this podcast, what it means to have friends in and outside of recovery and how to navigate these relationships to be healthily interdependent.

R&R with Ellen Woods and Mandy Manners discusses recovery and the rest. The real story of what it’s like to be in long term sobriety, how we have and continue to discover what it means to be well, take care of ourselves and grow through life challenges. For both of us being sober is the cornerstone of our lives. This podcast is the anything and everything that comes up along the way.

R&R is intended to be conversational rather than instructional, we encourage each person to design, discover and be proud of their own sobriety tools. We celebrate all roads to recovery and criticise none. This podcast is our own personal stake in the sand, to our own continued commitment to nurturing our recovery.
