Welcome to the Pining For Pixels podcast! This is my video game variety show podcast, part of the Red Rooster's Gaming Coop network where I talk gaming and gaming culture every week. Each episode will feature a subject or theme that interests me, and I will speak about what is on my mind in the world of video games!

In the course of one week we got several Games Showcases events in the forms of Sony's State of Play, Summer Games Fest, Xbox Games Showcase and Konami's Press Start event. Between these 4 shows, we got a deluge of new game announcements, game updates and even some new hardware announcements. In this episode I am going to go over all the games that got announced and provide my thoughts on those that interested me the most. This year felt much closer to what E3 was like back in the day.
