Have you ever asked? How do I reframe a difficult situation?

Here are four tips. Remember, the reframe is to look at something from a different perspective.

Tip number one. What is my desired outcome, not today, but one year from now? What is the outcome I desire?

Tip number two. The equity question.

Are there others in a similar situation, and are they being treated differently? If so, there is one tip for a different perspective.

Tip three. The inclusion tip.

Are there others who are experiencing a similar problem? Not the exact problem that you have, but a similar problem because they are your potential allies.

Tip four. The better problem to solve.

Ask yourself the question. If you were to solve the problem that your allies have and that you have, would this have broad benefit? If so, there is your refrain problem and your reframe solution.
