Melissa emphasizes the importance of sleep, eating well, and moving to maintain balance and be effective in ministry. And she says the most important thing she does is spends time with God before engaging in social media or other activities.

Melissa encourages women to seek a supportive community and not to let feelings of being unseen or unheard deter them. The future for women in ministry is exciting, and she is seeing more women take ownership of their development and advocating for themselves.
