After suffering a near-fatal car wreck and witnessing her own miraculous recovery, Barr decided that her mission in life was to help people stop suffering from their beliefs and thoughts that cause emotional distress. She writes about resilience, growing from adversity, spiritual awakenings, mindset, and reducing emotional suffering.
