For many years, Carolyn silently battled with depression and anxiety while struggling in school. Despite her relentless efforts, numerous tutors, and intense study sessions, success always felt out of reach. These challenges were compounded by her internalization of every situation and interaction.

In her sophomore year of high school, Carolyn discovered that she had a learning difference known as Non-verbal Learning Disability. Initially feeling isolated and questioning herself upon this revelation, it took her years to understand that her "disability" was, in fact, her strength.
