In this episode I invite Lynn Al Khatib to dive into the professional side of branding to share with us her very own vision on this season's topic from an organization's point of view.
Currently the Group Head of Communications at Chalhoub Group, Lynn shares with us some truly interesting insights, such as the importance of having your own internal personal brand inside an organization in order to dissociate yourself - whether you're the founder, a senior executive or a member of a team.
Join our conversation as we learn from Lynn about the key pillars that any brand should include, how we can position ourselves by action and through purpose lead reflections. We also discuss what has worked for her in order to gain confidence putting her personal brand forward.
Prior to her current mission, Lynn Al Khatib established the regional corporate communications strategy at Nestlé MiddleEast and contributed to building trust in the Company through consistent and credible online and traditional communication. In her role as Media Relations and Internal Communications Manager between 2013-2019, she operated as the Company’s spokesperson, led crisis communication, established governance within her departments, and trained senior leaders. Her role also entailed building understanding and awareness of the notion of Creating Shared Value; and promoting public and private sector partnerships to generate societal, economic, and environmental impact.
