Students struggling to read in upper elementary, middle school, and beyond present a unique challenge for teachers in terms of appropriate resources. Erin Paske is a dyslexia tutor, a certified academic language therapist and a licensed dyslexia practitioner. She co-founded the Nashville Dyslexia Center.

For this episode, Erin is joined by MaryKate Heavey, a reading and early childhood literacy specialist who currently works as an equitable literacy coach for the city of Boston.

Erin and MaryKate are eager to share the amazing outcomes their students have achieved with Simple Words decodable chapter books.
