And welcome back to all my listeners already walking with me down this restoration path.

Last episode we talked about how to develop a healthy perspective as we navigate stressful situations. In previous episodes before this, we explored how to map out our survival guide and tap into our inner wilderness wisdom to live with improved happiness and fulfillment. Today’s episode builds on these survival guide concepts—this time moving into identifying who those foes and triggers are in your camp. That’s right, there will be enemies in different shapes and forms that join you in your wilderness. It’s up to you to manage your wilderness. That’s why your quality of life depend on how well you get to know these enemies to beat them at their own games. I remember how defeating life felt before I learned this lesson. I can’t wait to share what I learned and how I now face and beat the enemies in my camp.

In this episode, you’ll

  • Get an insider look at what it means to have enemies in your camp.
  • Learn how some of my own training and experiences equipped me to be a powerful warrior when it comes to keeping my camp safe.
  • Gain some creative strategies to try in your own interactions and experiences.
