In this episode, we take a deep dive through the timeline of the Polybius legend, starting with the strange cabinet that appeared in Portland, Oregon back in 1981. The stories describe a jet black machine with hypnotic gameplay that pulled in crowds. Players reported headaches, dizziness, and powerful nightmares. Some even claimed they lost time while playing it. The mystery only grew when people began reporting men in suits visiting arcades, collecting data from the machine and leaving without saying a word.
