Dr Anu Arasu guides us through the key hormones that impact different areas and different stages of our lives; from stress to metabolism, ageing to thyroid and a whole host of reproductive hormones thrown in for good measure.

Dr Arasu is the founder of the London Bioidentical Hormone clinic and works with patients to restore hormone balance and improve health and wellbeing, with a focus on being proactive about our health, rather than reactive.
